Welcome to RevHang. By downloading, installing, or using the RevHang app or website, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use RevHang. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that a parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these terms on your behalf.

2. Your Account

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• You must provide accurate information when creating your account
• You may not create accounts for others without their permission
• You may not sell, transfer, or share your account with others

3. User Content

RevHang allows you to post photos, videos, text, and other content ("User Content"). By posting content, you:

• Retain ownership of your content
• Grant RevHang a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote your content within the app and on our website
• Confirm that you have the rights to share the content and that it does not infringe on anyone else's rights

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Post content that is illegal, abusive, harassing, threatening, defamatory, or obscene
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with any entity
• Post spam, advertisements, or solicitations without our permission
• Share content that infringes on trademarks, copyrights, or other intellectual property rights
• Use RevHang to facilitate illegal activity, including the sale of stolen parts
• Attempt to access, tamper with, or disrupt our systems or other users' accounts
• Scrape, crawl, or extract data from RevHang using automated tools
• Post misleading meet locations, fake events, or deceptive marketplace listings

5. Map Pins & Meets

When you create a map pin or meet event, you are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide. RevHang is not responsible for events that are cancelled, misrepresented, or result in any loss or harm to attendees. Attend all meets at your own risk and comply with all local laws regarding gatherings and road use.

6. Marketplace

RevHang provides a marketplace feature to connect buyers and sellers of automotive parts. RevHang is not a party to any transaction and is not responsible for the quality, safety, legality, or delivery of any listed item. All transactions are between the buyer and seller directly. Use good judgment and meet in safe, public locations when completing transactions.

7. Content Removal

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or our community guidelines, and to suspend or terminate accounts of users who repeatedly violate our policies. We may also remove content in response to valid legal requests.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

RevHang is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. Your use of RevHang is at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RevHang shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app, including damages arising from meets, marketplace transactions, or reliance on user-generated content.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via the app. Continued use of RevHang after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with applicable federal and state law.
